CASE STUDY
Special trolley 14 VRTSE
For this project, we were contacted by an Italian manufacturer of supermarket refrigerated display cases, who needed to move finished products of considerable size from the end of the line assembly area to the goods storage and loading area, while respecting the timelines required by the warehouse.
The need was therefore to easily move a heavy and bulky product along a rather long route, with limited maneuvering space.
The solution we designed is a trailer trolley with a large loading platform, capable of accommodating from 2 to 8 refrigerated display cases. The trailer trolley is equipped with an upper cover to protect the load and a pressed birch plywood platform to ensure high resistance and durability. The two side safety barriers, over 8 meters long and moved by synchronized linear actuators, ensure load safety through an automated system remotely controlled.
