Our client, an Italian manufacturer of cooling solutions, requires a trolley suitable for his assembly line that allows operators to work safely, keeping the object being built secured to the trolley while it is moved during the construction phase.
Core priority? To minimize the handling time of the semi-finished product in order to increase the productivity of the line and reduce downtime, making the production cycle more efficient.
The solution we designed is a low-bed trailer to allow the operator to work comfortably. The trolley features a single-beam frame with widened-track wheels to ensure maximum stability. The load capacity of the trolley is enhanced by pairing multiple wheels. The trolley’s frame guarantees the correct interface between the trolley and the machinery being assembled. The trolley is equipped with high-visibility elements to clearly define its dimensions. It can be connected to a mechanized towing system and the parking brake provides perfect steadiness during operations.
