WHEELS

Often underestimated, the wheel is one of the components that mostly influences the performance of a truck. Bertoli has been able to combine a particularly low traction effort with a smooth and quiet rolling action in any possible condition.

Bertoli rubber wheels in twenty-six diameters and sections, compounds of different types suitable for specific needs, tensile stress lower than 100 N/t and thermal resistance from -45 ° C to +180 ° C. Resistant to acids, oil and solvents, they guarantee the absence of traces even on the most delicate floors. The belting by means of multiple layers of special rubberized canvas ensures its non-deformability and prevents it from coming out of the disc. The wheel disc is made of pressed steel sheet with a lenticular section, with a built-in double ball bearing hub. Extraordinary elasticity and high-speed performance are characteristics associated at the Bertoli Semipneumatics Ø 400 x 80 and Ø 300 x 70 and particular tenacity and abrasion resistance for the Bertoli Super elastics 4.00-8 “and 5.00-8”.

Features

  • Shöre hardness 68 ÷ 70, an ideal value that combines maximum strength with minimum traction effort
  • Non-deformability guaranteed by various layers of rubberized cloth
  • Non-marking
  • Acid, oil, solvent resistant
  • Thermal resistance from + 180°C a – 45°C
  • Traction effort lower than 100 N/t a unique performance
  • Embossed or fork assembling, single or multiple
  • Wheels rims:
    • – removable discs made in pressed sheet-steel ball bearing housing obtained by high precision presswork for low capacities
    • – incorporated hub with double ball bearings and perfectly grease-sealed for high capacities
  • Wheel groups:
    • – twinned, to reduce sliding friction turning into rolling friction
    • – multiple assembling for higher capacity and smoothness
    • – multiple assembling for non-planar paving or grating paving
