Main
characteristics:
-
Two
rubber wheels Ø 170x35, patented disassemblable disc, revolving on
ball bearings, with hubcup.
-
The
rubber rings are reinforced with layers of special rubber blends to
guarantee a long lasting performance.
-
The
particular clinching system, which joints the rubber ring and the
disc, prevents the disc to slide out of place: a very common problem
with similar systems.
Other
characteristics of the rubber ring:
-
Hardness
Shöre 66 ¸ 70: the ideal value as it
offers the best elasticity and solidity together with a smaller
applied energy and an exceptional noiselessness.
-
Impervious
to acids, oils and solvents.
-
Stable
from - 45 C° to + 180 C°.
-
Driving
power lower than 100N/t (less than 1 kgm, on dynamometric hook, per
100 transported): a quite unique performance.
-
Frame
wholly made of cold-drawn steel tubular.
-
Steering
rotating on double ball bearings, with self-stabilising effect.
-
Driving
handles made of slip-proof heatless material.
-
Slip-proof
patterned aluminium footboard.
