840: A new series of trolley increasingly dedicated to a safe and efficient assembly line

The new range of trolley “Series 840” joins the “series 40 and 248”.
The main change is given by the introduction of coupling between a trolley and another, where it is needed the frequent change of vehicles in the convoy, thus ensuring speed and streamlined operation. The system offers simplicity, but extremely safe, thanks to a double device to avoid any detachment of the trolley. All combined with ease of use and the consequent reduced fatigue.
On the same frame are born different standard equipment and special: with platform, for euro pallets transport, with fixed or mobile shelves, to design.
The “840 series” does not lose its consolidated maneuverability of Bertoli trolleys, particularly appreciated during manual use. The high smoothness and the performances of Bertoli’s wheels, guarantee a low traction effort and a consequent lower stress of the tractor and the battery life of the vehicle itself.
